Brussels Airlines: Two new aircraft will strengthen its fleet in summer

In order to improve and expand its fleet and thus be able to open new destinations, Brussels Airlines has announced that its fleet will be reinforced by the acquisition by lease of two new aircraft in its fleet.

These are Airbus A320neo type aircraft (able to accommodate 180 passengers) helping the Belgian national carrier to increase its offer to its new destinations open in Europe and Africa, such as Billund in Denmark, Brindisi in Italy, Warsaw in Poland. , Zurich in Mexico, and Djerba and Monastir in Tunisia.

The opening of these new airlines will allow Brussels Airlines to create hundreds of jobs (230 positions)
In a press release, the Belgian company announced that the arrival of these two new aircraft will enable it to serve new destinations during the next summer season, and strengthen its existing services.

As a reminder, the airline based at Brussels-Zaventem airport has already announced that it has leased two aircraft with crew from CityJet (Bombardier CRJ900 type configured to carry 90 passengers).
