Brussels Airlines: Three new aircraft in 2023 to increase its offer

With the planned acquisition of three new planes in its fleet during the next year, the airline company Brussels Airlines is planning the opening of several new airlines and increasing the number of frequencies on lines where it is already present such as connections between Brussels and Bordeaux, and Lyon.

The arrival of these new aircraft allows the Belgian national airline to intensify its summer program in Europe. As part of its new program to modernize and expand its fleet, Brussels Airlines will take delivery of two other aircraft of the same model in 2024 which will replace its old A319s. “These devices consume up to 20% less fuel compared to older model devices”.

With the three additional aircraft that will soon strengthen its fleet, Brussels Airlines expects a 10% growth in its flights in the European continent during the next summer season.

The flight schedule of the airline based at Zaventem airport will be enriched with new destinations. On March 26, the Belgian company will spread its wings to six new destinations, namely: Billund in Denmark,
